Last week, WELLGO successfully conducted its annual training for employees on GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards. More than 30 employees participated in this important event, aimed at enhancing the quality and safety in handling pharmaceutical cargo.
GDP standards are international regulations that govern the proper storage, transportation, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Adhering to these standards ensures that pharmaceutical cargo maintains its quality and remains safe throughout all stages of the transportation process. For WELLGO, as a company specializing in the transportation of pharmaceutical goods, ensuring compliance with GDP standards is a priority, as it directly impacts the health and safety of end consumers.
The training covered key aspects of GDP standards, including storage and transportation conditions, equipment requirements, and documentation procedures. Special attention was given to calculating temperature load during transportation on complex and long routes. Many pharmaceutical products require strict temperature control throughout the transportation process, with external temperature fluctuations ranging from minus 20 to plus 40 degrees Celsius. The ability to calculate the time a thermal container can maintain the required temperature regime under external factors is a crucial competency for pharmaceutical cargo transportation specialists.
Additionally, employees underwent training in risk management and emergency response, which is particularly relevant in today's global logistics environment. Interactive sessions and practical exercises helped participants better understand and apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
The regular conduct of this training demonstrates our commitment to high standards of quality and safety. We believe that continuous improvement of our employees' skills allows us to provide the best services in pharmaceutical logistics to our clients.
WELLGO thanks all participants and trainers for their active involvement and commitment to professional development. We continue to work on improving our processes and services to meet the strictest international requirements and to justify the trust of our clients.
